Jessica Bozeman

Professional Bio

Jessica (Jess) Bozeman is a Ph.D. candidate in Communication Arts and Sciences. Her areas of focus include group, organizational, and interpersonal communication. Specifically, her research examines the social components of groups and how they communicate within larger structures. For her dissertation, Jess is recontextualizing forgiveness as a group process by looking at how conflict between an ingroup dyad can expand to affect other group members. Her work has been published in Communication Studies and presented at a number of (inter)national conferences.  Her advisor is John Gastil.
