Elizabeth “Betsy” Mills is a Lecturer of Communication Arts and Sciences at Penn State, where she has been teaching in the Department of Communication Arts and Sciences since 2010. She teaches Effective Speech (CAS 100A and 100B) in multiple formats, including in-residence, online, and evening courses at both the University Park and Lewistown campuses.
