Gastil and co-author receive Ernest Bormann Research Award

CELEBRATIONS!! 

John Gastil, Distinguished Professor of Communication Arts & Sciences, and his co-author Katherine Knobloch, Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Colorado State University, received the Ernest Bormann Research Award from the Group Communication Division of the National Communication Association. This honor, which recognizes an outstanding scholarly book on group communication, was bestowed upon “Hope for Democracy: How Citizens Can Bring Reason Back into Politics,” published by Oxford University Press in 2019.
