CAS Professors recognized at NCA

This past weekend, CAS Professors Abraham Khan and Denise Solomon received awards for their scholarship from the National Communication Association. Professor Khan received the Karl Wallace Award, which is given “to foster and promote philosophical, historical, or critical scholarship in rhetoric and public discourse.” The award recognizes a scholars within 10 years of earning the PhD to recognize past scholarly achievements and support future research. Professor Solomon was named a Distinguished Scholar of NCA. The Distinguished Scholar Award is NCA’s highest accolade, which honors a lifetime of scholarly achievement in the study of human communication. Congratulations, Abe and Denise!
