CAS Assistant Professor featured in Yale Climate Connections’

  Penn State alumnus and former State College bookstore owner Michael Svoboda, now a professor in the University Writing Program at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., features CAS Assistant Professor Joshua Trey Barnett’s new book, Mourning in the Anthropocene, in Yale Climate Connections‘ new “12 Titles for a Multidisciplinary Curriculum on Climate Change.”
“A college student 40 years ago might encounter climate change only in an environmental or Earth sciences major — and probably only in an upper-level course,” Svoboda writes. “Now a student could, and arguably should, encounter climate change in just about any discipline – and fairly early on.”
