    • Introduction to Communication Technology and information management; intended for students in the Liberal Arts.
  • CAS 383: Culture and Technology (3)
    • Issues in culture and technology.  What is changing in our culture as a result of the new technologies?
  • CAS 415: Rhetoric of Film and Television (3)
    • Rhetorical analysis of how film and television reflect and influence society, with critiques of both fictional and documentary examples.
    • Prerequisite: CAS 100 or COMM 150.
  • CAS 483: Communication and Information Technology  II (3)
    • Theory and application of interactive internet-based communication and information management; for students who want a Liberal Arts approach.
    • Prerequisite: CAS 283.
  • CAS 497: Computer Mediated Communication (3)
    • Special course looking at issues in computer mediated communication.
