Students intending to major in Communication Arts & Sciences should schedule CAS 100 as early as possible in their college program after their freshman year. CAS 100 may not be counted as part of the major.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

1)      Prescribed Courses (12 credits):

3)   CAS upper division (12 credits at the 400 level)

 A maximum of six credits of CAS 495, 496, and/or 499 may be used to fulfill the 400-level requirement.
