Biography:

Nikki Orth studies rhetorical criticism and theory, focusing on issues of race and marginalized voices. Her current research examines the rhetorical strategies of female African-American civil rights activists of the 1960s. Nikki is currently studying Ella Baker’s commitment to social justice and grassroots organizing. Nikki teaches CAS 100A Effective Speaking: Public Speaking Emphasis at The Pennsylvania State University.
