Ben Henderson supervises the department’s CAS 100B sections, which focus on collaborative communication within small groups. His interests include participatory decision-making, narrative and experiential ways of knowing and communicating truth, the role of religion in private dialogue and public discourse, and the role of language in creating both division and community. He teaches courses on collaborative communication (CAS 100B), rhetoric and civic life (CAS 137H, CAS 138T), small group communication (CAS 250), and mentoring for public speaking (CAS 490).
