The ability to manage conflict in a constructive manner is one of the cornerstones of maintaining healthy relationships in personal, professional, and civic contexts. This course is designed to promote an awareness of the features, dynamics, and strategies occurring during conflict interactions. The knowledge gained from this course should enable students to more constructively engage in future conflicts across various contexts.
