RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AND INTERESTS:

Gender and political communication is a current research interest. I am investigating the role of first lady in the United States and questioning the American public's acceptance of her as an individual rather than simply a wife. How do her roles as wife and modern woman contradict each other?
