Class Visits:
Course instructors may invite a peer tutor for a ten-minute class visit to extend a personal invitation to students. Please make such requests at www.psu.edu/dept/cew/writingcenter/UWC/classvisits.htm or by writing to Kathleen Haughney <kch135@psu.edu>.
Workshops:
Course instructors may also invite peer tutors to develop and deliver a workshop tailored to address particular writing concerns. Please make such requests at www.psu.edu/dept/cew/writingcenter/UWC/workshopvisits.htm or by writing to Kelley Flores <knf114@psu.edu>.
Peer tutors ask questions and offer encouragement to help your students analyze and improve their own writing; tutors do not edit, proofread, or fix papers for students. They want to help produce better writers, not just better writing.
